If any certified EMCP or EMCF fails to submit credit and obtain approval for PDUs before the end of her/his certification period, the EMCP or EMCF must retake and remit payment for the respective examination appropriate for her/his certification designation.  In addition, the Recertification Request Form must be completed and submitted with the examination fee for evaluation.  If approved to move forward, re-certification would then be granted upon successful passage of the respective examination.
